With backgrounds at very senior levels in finance (Morgan Grenfell and Credit Lyonnais Securities) and media/marketing (Thames Television, Pearl & Dean, DMGT Cable TV), the principals of Rushton bring a wealth of experience to the search for answers to complex questions.
We have no typical client. Over the past 17 years we have built a process driven generalist business with a record of delivering innovative and imaginative solutions to tricky problems in a very diverse range of industry sectors.
Over that period our long-term clients include CSS and Stellar Management (whose merger we advised on and delivered), Future TV (raising equity), the Montpelier Collection plc (acquisitions and strategic advice) and the New Covent Garden Tenants (on their redevelopment plans). Listed clients have included Parallel Media Group, CSS Stellar and WNR.
Rushton has worked in the retail, food, property, luxury goods, travel, media, mining and natural resources sectors.
We were co-founders of the Concilio Network (an international grouping of like-minded advisory firms) and have strong international connections that have been developed over decades.
We have also developed considerable experience and expertise in addressing the opportunities and challenges of the enormous over 70s sector.
